The fee for spouses and persons accompanying registered conference delegates is CAD $145 to attend the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet only.
Online registration will close on September 1st 2025, but the option to register at the door will still be available on September 23rd 2025. For at-door registration, an additional charge of $25.00 + $3.25 HST will apply to the Late Registration Rate.

Optional Activities
- Day trip to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake on Sept 26, 2025, is available for an additional fee. The fee of CAD $115 includes chartered bus transportation only. Participants will be responsible for tickets to attractions and meals. Departure is at 8:00am (Delta Hotel Lobby), and return is at 10:00pm (Delta Hotel). The trip can be added during the Registration.
- Tour of Bioproducts Discovery and Development Centre, University of Guelph. Date and time will be announced.
Conference attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
