The fee for spouses and persons accompanying registered conference delegates is CAD $145 to attend the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet only.
Online registration will close on September 1st 2025, but the option to register at the door will still be available on September 23rd 2025. For at-door registration, an additional charge of $25.00 + $3.25 HST will apply to the Late Registration Rate.

Optional - day trip to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake on Sept 26, 2025 is available for an additional fee. The cost includes chartered bus only (round trip). Tickets to attractions and meals are extra.
